Interested in accessing your child's information via the Internet? Mascoutah CUSD #19 provides parents the opportunity to access their child's grades, progress reports, class schedules, teachers and assignments through HomePlus, the Parent Access to Student information .

Additionally, parents can login to LunchBox to see what their child has eaten for lunch, check the account balance in the lunch accounts, and make online payments. Most recently, the district has added online payments to the list of parent conveniences.

Parents can make electronic payments using their checking account, debit or credit card. Payments can be made for lunch but also for school and student fees. The eFunds for Schools program provides secure online payment for school districts nationwide. The district strives to provide parents the convenience of accessing information using the Internet.

How to setup your Lunchbox and eFunds Accounts

Access your child's grades, progress reports, class schedules, teachers and assignments.

TIP: If you are checking on multiple children, remember to close the Internet browser window completely between student logins.

TIP: Each school has a different link. Remember to start at the school home page, and then click on the "Parent Access to Student Information" link from that school home page.

For safety and confidentiality, PIN numbers will not be provided over the phone.  Parents are required to come into the school to pickup and sign for the PIN numbers.

1. Choose your child's School:
   
   Mascoutah Elementary School
   Scott Elementary School 
   Mascoutah Middle School
   Mascoutah High School 
    
2. Choose the "Parent Access to Student Information" link on the left
    
3. Log In using your child's ID number and the 4-digit PIN number you received from the school
    

LunchBox allows parents to logon and see what their child has eaten for lunch, check the lunch account balance, and make online payments.

FAQs

I have more than one child attending the schools in Mascoutah CUSD #19.  Will I be able to add more than one student to my account? 
Yes, parents may add all children, regardless of which Mascoutah CUSD #19 school they are attending.

Can I see more than one childs account when I logon? 
Yes, parents may add multiple children to their account and view the information for each child with one login.

Can I view what my child has eaten? 
YES, parents may view what their child has eaten at school.  Information is updated to the web pages every afternoon by 3:00 PM.

Can I view my child's lunch account balance? 
Yes, the balance for each child's account is available online.  The balance information is updated every afternoon by 3:00 PM.

Can I make a payment to my childs lunch account online? 
Yes, using the eFunds for Schools payment option, parents may make a payment to their child's lunch account. 

If I make an online payment, how quickly will the money be available in my child's account? 
The money is posted to the child's account and available for use within approximately 2 minutes.

I have forgotten my password, who do I call? 
Please contact the administration office at 618-566-7414.  The school district cannot see your password, therefore your password will be reset and the new one will be emailed to you.

   • Once you have created an account,  click the LunchBox link to logon
   • User ID is the email address used to setup the account
   • Password is the password provided to you in the email from lunchbox@mascoutah19.k12.il.us (Passwords may be changed by parent after the first logon)
   • Add participant accounts using your child's ID number
   • You may add more than one child to your account and view all at one time

Once your account is created, you may logon to make new payments, schedule automatic payments, review your payment history, update account information and change your password.

   • A Vaild Email Address
   • Your Child's ID number
      
   • Click to SIGN UP  
   • Select "New Users Register Here"
   • Complete required fields:  Username; Password; First Name; Last Name; Primary Email; Phone
   • Add a Student:  Choose "Student number", enter your child's ID number, Click ADD
     Repeat this process until all children have been added
   • Setup Payment Information -- Check, Credit/Debit Card
     Check Transactions are charged a $1 processing fee per transaction
     Credit/Debit Transactions are charged a $1+ 1.99% of the total processing fee per transaction
