The transportation department is a district owned operation since 1974.

There are 59 vehicles in the fleet. We operate 42 65-passenger buses as well as 17 special small service buses daily. Transportation is also provided for athletic events, field trips and other extra-curricular activities.

During the 2005-2006 school term the district fleet logged 300,000 miles for regular transportation, 225,000 miles for special transportation and 20,000 miles for vocational transportation.
