The Mascoutah School District Maintenance Department is responsible for the maintenance and care of buildings and grounds.

The district has three full-time maintenance personnel on staff: one General Mechanic and two HVAC specialist. One full-time groundskeeper is assigned to support all outside athletic events.

The twenty-nine custodians employed in the district conduct building care. Mascoutah School District is proud of the appearance and condition of buildings and grounds throughout the district.
